Who we are

My target audience is the deaf and hard of hearing population. One of the specific problems that I am solving is bringing awareness to the deaf and hard of hearing culture and community. I am very passionate about reinvesting in this community to provide opportunities for underserved people in population. One of the ways that I do this is through educational services (i.e teaching and bringing awareness of the ASL language to the hearing world) and merchandise. One of my biggest goals is to obtain my own store front and educational resource center that will  allow me to  fully serve the deaf and hard of hearing community. One of my biggest challenges due to lack of funding and society's lack of knowledge about the hardships that the deaf and hard of hearing community face on a daily basis. As someone who is dedicated  to helping underserved communities.I would love to teach other business owners the importance to inclusion and diversity of when hiring people with disabilities in their businesses.
